I deal with an incredible amount of neck/trap/shoulder stiffness and pain. I think much of it is due to my chest pulling my shoulders forward and sitting at a desk at work. I have been working on chest stretching exercises multiple times a day which help a bit but the tightness and pain persists. I have tried a few different massagers and rolling my traps with a lacrosse ball. I was very skeptical of this, but finally gave it a try. Wish i would have gotten one of these two year ago. Absolute game changer. I can use this hands free with the back strap at my desk. One review i read said it did not do deep tissue. I beg to differ, this will crush you if you pull it into your shoulders. If you have trap/shoulder stiffness, do not hesitate to purchase one of these. Better than a paid shoulder massage!!!

Great investment, for deep tissue massage. Arm straps allow you to apply as much or as little pressure as you want. The 3 types of movement are great as well. I use this for my calf muscle area as well… AWESOME!!!!! Only drawback is it can be painful and goes deep if you are more of a light pressure person.
